We're proud to share the new-and-improved version of Parlor Instant! Initially presented as two offerings based on our mainstay blends—Prospect and Wallabout—we've since developed one blend profile dedicated specifically to the Parlor love in these winsome amber jars. Its current seasonal iteration marries coffee sourced from the far reaches of Colombia’s Huila Department with the Puno region of southern Peru. Each cup is laden with dense notes of caramel, toffee and bittersweet cocoa.
In addition, Parlor Instant now features increased product volume and a bold new design (thanks to our friends at Franklyn). Sourced and roasted with the same meticulous care devoted to every Parlor Coffee, each batch of Instant begins with high-quality, seasonally sourced beans roasted to highlight the natural characteristics of the fruit’s origin. After the coffee is brewed to a flavorful concentrate and dehydrated, the resulting coffee solubles are preserved in time and ready to enjoy with hot or cold water. Each jar makes up to 15 cups of coffee with a recommended serving of two teaspoons per cup of water (or 4g of coffee to 240g of water).
With the help of freeze-dried technology, Parlor Instant preserves the flavor and quality of Parlor Coffee while granting increased convenience and portability in a product that can be enjoyed anytime, anywhere. We also love that it's inclusive by nature, accessible for specialty coffee aficionados and rookies alike! At $30 per jar, Parlor Instant can soon be found at the retail locations of our wholesale partners from coast to coast.
