Our tasting room opens its doors to the public every Sunday from 10am-2pm. Every weekend, we feature a curated selection of Parlor offerings on filter and espresso, providing an opportunity to taste and hear the latest from the source. Meanwhile, our production team keeps things humming on the Probat, roasting coffee bound for destinations coast to coast.
We're happy to welcome Ford Bray as the newest member of our team, joining us as Parlor's Tasting Room Host. Ford got his start in coffee back in Kansas City at the Roasterie Cafe:
"Coffee’s third wave was just beginning to emerge at the time, and I was fortunate to get started in a place that prized its single origin offerings and sourcing practices. I took a bit of a detour to pursue my graduate studies, but a career in coffee was always in the back of my mind. When I moved to New York City in 2012, it wasn’t long before I heard about a barbershop that had an amazing coffee bar in the back. I’ve been a fan of Parlor ever since. It’s awesome to now be the barista slinging shots on the workhorse Speedster (even if not in the back of a barbershop)."
