We’re so glad to announce that our favorite coffee is back in our roastery and available to order once again. Colombia Los Angeles is more than a fantastic coffee: it’s also a relationship we pride ourselves on. The fresh crop tastes right as rain, saturated with graham-cracker sweetness and layered with soft accents of stone fruit.

Our work with Maria Bercelia, the truly remarkable woman behind this coffee, has set a benchmark for how we build relationships at origin in every country we source from. Keeping up with Maria and her family has become a sign of the times: video calls over WhatsApp are now our regular means of connection, even though as recently as February we were sipping fresh juice on her farm six thousand feet above sea level. The world has changed so much since then—and yet Maria’s harvest is as good as ever. Some things, at least, are constant.
