The Bakery at Greywind x Parlor Coffee November Cookie Collab

Rooted in a bustling neighborhood surrounded by high-rise office buildings, Greywind offers a peaceful, elegant refuge for those seeking high-quality food and drinks sourced locally and intentionally. Their all-day bakery, adjacent to the restaurant with a tasteful view of the kitchen, is equally elegant and intentional, featuring a seasonal selection of house-made breads, baked goods, sandwiches, salads, tea, and Parlor Coffee served as espresso, cold brew, and filter coffee.

Award-winning Chef Dan Kluger has been serving Parlor Coffee at his first restaurant, Loring Place, since 2016. His commitment to sourcing from New York suppliers has only grown through the beverage program at the Bakery, Greywind restaurant, and their downstairs cocktail bar, Spygold.

“We want people to know that we are just as proud of our beverages as our food! We have many regulars who come in every day for coffee, and our vegan hot chocolate just returned to the menu, which is always a crowd-pleaser.”

This month is the perfect time to visit The Bakery: Parlor and the Greywind team have collaborated on two coffee-inspired cookies to pair with your favorite Parlor brew through the end of November. A portion of the proceeds will support our friends at Drive Change, who provide training and employment opportunities in the hospitality industry for young New Yorkers impacted by the American legal system.

“Community means supporting local vendors as much as we can. We offer several provisions at the Bakery from local vendors that we love working with, and we aim to source from local farmers we have collaborated with over the years whenever possible as well. It’s one of the reasons why doing something like the cookie collaboration is so exciting for us—it gives us a chance to work with some of our favorite local vendors, chefs, and friends of the bakery while also supporting various charitable organizations each month.”
