ABOUT THE COFFEE
Colombia Los Angeles

Maria Bercelia's dedication to quality has been clear since our first encounter a decade ago. In a region where most producers inherit generations of coffee knowledge, Maria came to it with none, arriving in Huila with nothing but a fierce desire to learn and to build a new life.
She hoped to find a buyer who shared her vision for mutual respect and long-term growth. We became that partner, committing to every pound of her coffee at a price that allows her farm not just to sustain but to flourish.

Over the years, we've deepened that commitment through third-party agronomy support and data-driven pricing, ensuring her family's prosperity keeps pace with the extraordinary quality she delivers.
Her work earned the admiration of the local farming community and inspired us to publish her story in 2019 as our first issue of Parchment.

Today, Maria consistently produces some of the finest coffees we've tasted. This Pacamara is a pure expression of her farm's terroir, rich with saturated sweetness, stone fruit, and baking spice.
