Partner Highlight: Rigor Hill Market
When the opening of their first restaurant concept was delayed due to the pandemic, the team behind One White Street sought alternative ways to use the fresh produce from their farm, Rigor Hill in Ghent, NY, originally allocated for the restaurant. In addition to food donations, they started a small outdoor farm stand in the heart of TriBeCa, drawing in neighbors, chefs, celebrities, and New York Times writers eager to enjoy the fresh, high-quality produce.
“Without the amazing residents of TriBeCa accepting us with open arms and being so supportive, we wouldn’t exist. Community means being actively engaged and invested in the place you live and the people (and dogs) who make it what it is—it’s a two-way street, and you get what you give!” One White Street’s Jack Dahlia professes.
One White Street went on to open in 2021, and the now seasonal street-side farm stand blossomed into Rigor Hill Market, a year-round café and grocery next door, proudly serving Parlor as espresso, filter, and cold brew.
“We’re fully committed to thoughtfully sourcing the highest quality options for our guests,” says Jack. “Parlor is an easy choice when that’s your benchmark!”
Their sandwiches, soups, salads, breads, pastries, and new dinner entrées are all, as expected, exceptional. They receive produce deliveries from their farm twice-weekly, and the outdoor market that started it all has returned for the summer—open every Tuesday.
